An employee-owned trust, also known as an EOT, is a form of business ownership that has long been recognised as a way to provide employees with a significant and meaningful stake in their employer organisation. As of the 1st July 2023, a trust was established to purchase Movers Transport on behalf of its employees. Therefore, whilst our Employees will not own direct shares in the company, they have now become beneficiaries, and in turn they will receive a yearly tax-free bonus. In addition to receiving this bonus, an Employee Forum has been formed, providing our team with the opportunity to participate in company decisions, and allowing them a say in the company’s governance.
